NO BLASPHEMY PUNISHMENT IN ISLAM

WITH regard to blasphemy & ridiculing & abusing or mocking Islam, the Quran has instructed Muslims to simply IGNORE the provocation & abuse & mocking & just separate themselves temporarily from the company of the abusers while the abuse continues, & any collective attacks against non-Muslims because of religious blasphemy is not legal & contrary to Islamic instructions & any punishment action taken towards blasphemy to curb it should be confined only to the individual person who did the blasphemy & in accordance to laws & justice & no punishment to extend to his family or caste or country people or anyone else

1)QURAN VERSE 4;140

 “And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together” ‌[4:140]

“আর কোরআনের মাধ্যমে তোমাদের প্রতি এই হুকুম জারি করে দিয়েছেন যে, যখন আল্লাহ তা’ আলার আয়াতসমূহের প্রতি অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন ও বিদ্রুপ হতে শুনবে, তখন তোমরা তাদের সাথে বসবে না, যতক্ষণ না তারা প্রসঙ্গান্তরে চলে যায়। তা না হলে তোমরাও তাদেরই মত হয়ে যাবে। আল্লাহ দোযখের মাঝে মুনাফেক ও কাফেরদেরকে একই জায়গায় সমবেত করবেন।”

2) PROPHET WAS INSTRUCTED NOT TO RETALIATE OR DEBATE with those who belie & deny his prophecy & accuse him of being mad or magician

“And those who have disbelieved say, "You are not a messenger." Say, [O Muhammad], "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you, and [the witness of] whoever has knowledge of the Scripture.” ‌[13:43]

“কাফেররা বলেঃ আপনি প্রেরিত ব্যক্তি নন। বলে দিন, আমার ও তোমাদের মধ্যে প্রকৃষ্ট সাক্ষী হচ্ছেন আল্লাহ এবং ঐ ব্যক্তি, যার কাছে গ্রন্থের জ্ঞান আছে।”

“Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed.” 51:51-54.

“এমনিভাবে, তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের কাছে যখনই কোন রসূল আগমন করেছে, তারা বলছেঃ যাদুকর, না হয় উম্মাদ। তারা কি একে অপরকে এই উপদেশই দিয়ে গেছে? বস্তুতঃ ওরা দুষ্ট সম্প্রদায়। অতএব, আপনি ওদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিন। এতে আপনি অপরাধী হবেন না।”  

Also ALLAH has instructed him to just turn away from those who mock the Prophet since ALLAH already handled this matter & HE will let them know the truth,

“Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists. Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers Who make [equal] with Allah another deity. But they are going to know”. 15: 94-96

“অতএব আপনি প্রকাশ্যে শুনিয়ে দিন যা আপনাকে আদেশ করা হয় এবং মুশরিকদের পরওয়া করবেন না। বিদ্রুপকারীদের জন্যে আমি আপনার পক্ষ থেকে যথেষ্ট। যারা আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য উপাস্য সাব্যস্ত করে। অতএব অতিসত্তর তারা জেনে নেবে।”

 
3) ALLAH HAS ALSO INSTRUCTED MUSLIMS NOT TO PARTICIPATE OR REACT IN TROUBLE MAKING SPEECH,

“And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace” ‌[25:63]

“রহমান-এর বান্দা তারাই, যারা পৃথিবীতে নম্রভাবে চলাফেরা করে এবং তাদের সাথে যখন মুর্খরা কথা বলতে থাকে, তখন তারা বলে, সালাম।”

4) ALLAH INSTRUCTED TO RETURN THE BAD DEED WITH A GOOD ONE

“And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend.” ‌[41:34] .

“সমান নয় ভাল ও মন্দ। জওয়াবে তাই বলুন যা উৎকৃষ্ট। তখন দেখবেন আপনার সাথে যে ব্যক্তির শুত্রুতা রয়েছে, সে যেন অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু।”
